Christmas Party

Hi All,
Trilogy’s Christmas party in on next Friday night at 8pm in the Emperor House on James Fintan Lalor Avenue. Here is the list of names I have received through Text’s & E mails. If anyone is not on the list and would like to come please text me during the week, we have booked for 55-60 so if you can make it on the night but have not put your name down please come along. You will be very welcome. We have arranged a set menu for Trilogy

Winter Training - Spin / Swim options

The class lists for Winter Training have now been updated. There are a few members still needing to arrange payment - please contact Taco asap to discuss the best way to pay for you.

There are also a small number of places available for 'Just Spinning' or 'Just Spinning'. There are five names already listed for these places - if you are on this list, you will have received payment instructions by e-mail.

If anyone is interested in swim / spin places, please let me know.

Monday Run - Earlier for AGM

Trish asked me to let you know that you won't be able to skip training just beacuse you are coming to the AGM to get your free beanie hat. Training will be from the back of the gym, starting 6:30pm. Being able to feel smug looking around the AGM at the people who didn't make it to the run is a bonus.

Back to 8pm next week.

Anyway, as we are gripped with AGM fever, here some more food for thought.
As part of the AGM a new committee will be elected.
The principal roles are ,

Chairman,
Secretary,
Public Relations Officer,
Treasurer.

These positions must be filled for the club to function.
Should you wish to give something back to the club and put yourself forward for any of the above positions or would like for information about the positions, please give Mick Farrell or myseld a buzz.

However if you have less time available, you may wish to consider putting yourself forward for any of the supporting roles listed below,

Trilogy's Calendar for 2009 - and Kris Kindle!

Trilogy's Calendar for 2009 will feature 12 beatiful shops of our members. Which 12 - well, you decide! There is a new survey for picking your favourites, and also for listing out the races you really like to do. We'll use this to help pic races in 2009. Finally, there is a place to sign-up for the Kris Kindle gift-giving at the Christmas Meal.

Winter Training - Payments due

Winter Training starts tonight. Trish will see you all at 7:45 for 8:00 at the back of the Heritage. I believe there is a great session in store!

Before the indoor sessions begin later in the week (Gladiator Hard Core Turbo tomorrow, Spinning on Wednesday and Swimming on Thursday), can I ask anyone still to pay to do so ASAP. The money starts going out from now, and we need it coming back the other way!

Junior Page Launches

A new page has been added to the website - especially for Juniors. This page is designed to be a mix of news for the Junior Group (e.g. training sessions and notes, events coming up, etc) and chat - a place on the website where Juniors can interact. Juniors can join up in the same way as seniors can join the chat service - contact karl at the trilogy address!

AGM

Hi All,
Next monday 17th is the annual AGM for Trilogy and it is in the Heritage Hotel at 8pm sharp. We would like all the members to attend this meeting and as an incentive we are giving every member that turns up a Beanie hat just like above. we will be electing a new committe to run the club for the coming year and we will also be looking at the races the club will be attending next year. Our new membership forms will also be giving out on the night and we hope to have all returned to the secretary by the ned of November. Please do your best to attend.

Kevin finds Seventh Heaven in Big Apple

Kevin Doyle is tonight celebrating the achievement of his personal goal in New Yorks 2008 City Marathon.

His 2hr58 finish puts him sub-3 for the 26.2 miles. Well done Kevin; you can now focus on your next challenge - carrying home all that NYC Shopping!
