Website Upgrade

The Website has had its annual spring-clean. Lots of little changes including:

- 30 Brand new pages previewing all races in 2008
- New Menu Bar - now with direct access to the Member Benefits Page
- Easier to find joining information (look for 'Join' in the menu bar!)
- Items like application forms also easier to find (in Join and Contact pages)
- Revised Committee details
- More information about the AGM (also in the Join area)
- Archive work to tidy up 2007 reports
