Report from Athy - Heavy Flow

Roy has sent in a report to say that the flow of the Barrow in Athy is fast and high. It is probably a couple of degrees cooler - recent rainfall often has this effect. The swim will still meet, and a decision will be taken at the time. Anyone not used to swimming against the current is advised to only swim downstream. Might be a good idea to bring your runners too - we can always take a 5km run instead.
