Training away quietly on his own, Mark o'Sullivan leaves this Thursday bound for Prague, where he will join the Irish team racing the European Long Distance Championships.
Long Distance racing is over a 'triple-Olympic' distance, 4km swim, 120km bike and 30km run. (Course Details here).
