Paddy's Day Run in Portlaoise
Jimmy from Portlaoise Athletic Club has been in touch to confirm that the ever popular St Patricks Day 5k Road Race & Fun Run in association with the Heritage Health and Fitness Club will start from the Heritage Hotel on St Patricks Day 17th March 2010 at 11.a.m.(registration from 9.a.m.).
There is a rake of prizes totalling €2,000 on offer, with Senior Men, Senior Women, age group prizes for over 35, over 40 and over 50 mens, over 35 and over 50 women and under 16 boys and girls.
There is also a club prize on offer (1st, 2nd Mens, Ladies and Junior), which Trilogy could be in a position to claim based on all that good track work over the Winter. The team prize is based on 4 team finishers.
