Checked in Bags for Budapest

Hard to believe we're just 5 days away now!

As explained at the meeting last week, I will be booking checked in bags only as required. See below, and please contact me if you either need a bag booked (and I haven't got one for you), or you don't need a bag.

Remember - everybody can bring on a 10kg bag as hand luggage (usual cabin sized bag).

1. A bag for each person racing. This is in addition to your bike box. Please see appeal below about packing the bike box!
2. A bag for the following supporters - James & Joe Delaney (1 bag shared), June & Ciara Delaney (1 bag shared), Martha & Andrew Dalton (1 bag shared), James Croke & Maria Delaney (1 bag shared).

Notes about the bike box
Bike boxes are subject to a weight limit of 20kg. Your bike is going to be apx 9-11kg, and your box will be 11-12kg. You don't need to be a calculator to work out that every bike box is likely to weigh more than 20kg. What I am asking everyone to do is keep the box strictly for just the bike. If we keep it close to 20kg, we might get away with it. If we end up being charged an excess, on the other hand its going to be very very expensive!
