Update membership details for Race Entry Service

Can members log-in to the member area, click 'Edit Profile' and add in these details ASAP.

- T-shirt size
- 750m Swim time
- 1500m Swim time
- Next of Kin name
- Next of Kin number
- TI License Number

If you fail to do so:
- No Test Tri Series (as we need a TI number as proof of TI membership)
- May have problems with Race Entry (i.e. we'll guess t-shirt size, and swim time, which may be wrong)
