Monday 14 - Run at Track 7.45pm
Tue 15 - Spinning Killenard 7-8pm & 8-9pm
Wed 16 - NO Run
Thur 17 - NO Swimming
Sat 19 & Sun 20 - Cycle 9.30am Heritage Gym

Don't forget their is a 5K Race in Portlaoise on Thur morning.
