TriLaois Important Notice

TriLaois is next Saturday 9th April and is the first Triathlon in the National Calendar. As always it takes a bit effort to put on and we need everyones help. We are currently short of Marshalls to run the event. If you have not been asked to marshall and you are available we would like to hear from you.
