Test Duathlon 1

Hi Guys, Time to blow off the cobwebs with our first duathlon of the year which takes place on the Heath on Sunday 15th January. Sign on at 10.30 and race starts at 11am. You must have renewed your membership with Trilogy and Triathlon Ireland to race, no exceptions. If you cannot race then we need marshalls. Marshalls please be there at 10.20 to set up transition and the timing points. A text will be sent to all members and if you wish to race then reply RACE and your NAME. To marshall reply HELP and your name. All replies by Thursday 9pm please. Start List will be posted on Friday.
