Well done to all the competitors today and many thanks to all the marshalls and supporters. A very mild day with little or no wind meant that times were good with a husband and wife PB and Rory taking an incredible 12 minutes off his PB. Ladies : Sinead Wearen 44.13, Susan Wall 49.52 (PB), Cora Keenan 56.27 (PB). Men : Dave Osborne 37.41, Murt Keane 40.33, Liam Byrne 41.24, Pawel Debakowski 41.29, Rory Morrissey 42.35 (PB), John Keenan 42.41 (PB), Anthony McDonald 44.54, Robert Nolan 49.57 (Debut).
