Heritage Challenge - Help Wanted

In order for Saturday's race to be a success, we need about 20 volunteers. The requirement is for:

4 Bag packers (Thurs night, 10:00pm, Willies - 30-40 mins packing goody bags)
10-person crew (Fri night, 7:00pm to 11:00pm - course & transition set-up)
4 Lane counters (08:30 to 10:45)
4 Timers - electronic (08:30 to 12:30)
4 Timers - manual (08:30 to 12:30)
12 course marshals (08:30 to 10:45 / 11:00 / 11:15 / 11:30 / 12:30)

If you are racing, can you help with any of the set-up? Or can you bring a helper with you on race day?

If you are not racing - can you help out on the day (even for some of the time above?).
