Ironman - The Longest Race (report) Part 1

There have been rumours around, talk of a club event in 2009, an Ironman no less.

Well less than a month ago, four clubmates went and found out the exact meaning of Ironman, and one of those four has carefully and personally documented her race from start to finish - the start being the little item on a 'to-do before 40' list, the finish being the last sentence of writing her account of the whole experience.
