Duathlon Number 5 - This Thursday
The fifth test duathlon of 2007 gets underway this Thursday. We are asking you to be on the Heath by 6:45, as we will need to kick this one off a few minutes earlier to ensure everyone finishes by dark.
The course is the same, the timing system is numbered (so please remember your race belt, or bring e7.00 to buy one from Willie).
At this stage in the season ranking points are all-important. Anyone with less than 3 duathlons done can make serious jumps in the ranking - you can see your standing at the following link - http://www.trilogy.ie/RRDua42007.html
Finally, over half of the t-shirts are sold. We will have the full selection on Thursday - if you haven't bought one yet, or if you've only bought one yet (!), then please bring along e16.00 for the best looking tri t-shirt going!
