Spinning & Run Brick Session

From tomorrow night you can combine your spin session with a run around the Killenard track directly after the 7:15 class. For the next couple of weeks, this will be free in order to gauge the level of demand. After that (if there is actually demand) there will be an additional cost for this, but it will be small.

Anyone interested in running, see Willie after class 1 tomorrow. The run will depart promptly after spinning, with just enough time to you change your top (well, mine s normally normally 'soaked' after spinning anyway)!

I am also interested in hearing from people in the second class - this option is not yet available to you, but please let me know and I will see what can be done.

One final thing. Spinning is full, so I cannot facilitate class 'swaps'. Please don't ask me to do this, instead keep your 8:30 class and let me know your interest and I will try to find a way for you to run.
