Winter Training

Guys,

We have worked out the costs for the Winter training.

But before I go into costs, I need to explain how the spinning will work. A survey was completed by 46 members, 38 indicating that they wanted to do spinning. There has been some confusion in relation to the availability of places for the Wednesday night session. So far, we have not filled a session (17 bikes). We are also looking at holding a session in Killenard, on Tuesday nights, but we need to know how many people want to do each session.

So could you all email me at roy@trilogy.ie, stating name and day you want to do it.
If you can do this ASAP, we can get everyone spinning.

The costs are as follows:

Spinning 90 euro
Swimming 100 euro
