Weekend Training and Racing

Hi Guys,

There will be no run this Saturday but there will be a cycle from the Gym at 9.30.

Test Duathlon 2 will commence at 12pm this Sunday (12th Feb) at 12pm on the Heath. The usual text will be sent on Thursday. If you cannot race please sign up to help out. The more the merrier!
