TD4 Results

Dave Murphy has been a very busy boy training hard and it showed today when he blitzed his PB by nearly 3 minutes. Our iron lady, Sinead, took the honours in the ladies but Susan had a new PB. A small field due to holidays but after a small downpour the heat came out for the start. Andy Williams and Greg Wilson made their debut. Paul Doyle showed his great form with a PB taking 1.45 off his previous PB.
