Theres a couple of events you might like to know about, particularly if you are not racing Dublin or Kenmare.

Enniscorthy Try-a-tri is on 26 August at 6pm - 500m swim, 5km bike and 3km run, ideal for novices.

Lugarurren 10k, a very popular local race in Laois takes place on 2 September (time tbc, see local newspapers).
