Results from Blessington - Viva Trilogy!
While Test Tri 5 was going on in Portlaoise, up the road in Blessington (that's Wicklow, Mark), five Trilogy triathletes were doing us all proud.
Pawel Debakowski edged closer to a 60 minute sprint and took 17th place overall. Brendan Cunnane, who is riding high in the test series itself was something of a dark horse, claiming 21st spot - and 9th on the bike.
Keeping up the family tradition was brothers in law Patrick and Cornelius Marshall, both finishing strong - Cornelius almost beating the overall winner on the run leg (finishing second).
And last but by no means least was Mr Ironman UK in waiting, Stephen O'Toole - who won another age group title for Trilogy, 29th overall and first in his AG.
Well done all - Go, Trilogy Go!
