Tried Laois

Well done to Alan Cussons and all his team for hosting another successful Tri Laois. Another great day which saw Michael Dalton claim 1st Junior and 4th overall and solid perfomances from all of our members and new triathletes. Well done to all. There might be a few sore heads on bikes tomorrow..........
